Seismic wand and orb > Virtus wand and book > Chaotic staff Virtus armour set > ganodermic set Pray protect from magic, I guess, or maybe protect from melee is better - but robes have better melee defence naturally. Cast blood blitz or blood barrage, depending on how much you want to spend for a few AoE hits. You should use abilities, especially Concentrated Blast, Impact and Asphyxiate are good. Bring a war tortoise with food. I don't know how long you will last, but I think one tortoise would be good to start with. Don't let your health drop too far, I think K'ril definitely hits for 2k+, which means that you should safe at 3k or maybe even 4k. Anyway, dual-wield magic is better mostly because of Concentrated Blast, since off-hand barrages don't hit for full damage anymore and other changes.
