I use them on any slayer assignment in the slayer cave. The cave is so far away from a bank and the higher monsters (like turoth) can get good hits on you. Before I had the spell a 150+ turoth assignment took me at least 3 trips (check sig for stats). Now with the spell all you have to do is collect the bones during fighting and maybe pick some that other players drop. With 4 casts of bones to peaches I completed a 159 turoth assignment in a single trip :)

i like to use them at dagganoths under light-house!

If you want to do fire giants or greaters, go to brimhaven and when you need food, kill the wild dogs, they drop bones.
