December 5, 201312 yr Hey everyone, So I'm almost done dumping money into Herblore to get extremes and I'm just wondering what the minimum gear requirements would be for finding a team and doing Nex/Kalphite King or possibly another option? I'm looking to rebuild my bank and save up for better gear by bossing. Any help is appreciated, Thanks. I also almost have 200K Dungeoneering tokens so a Chaotic Weapon would be an option. Stats: 99 Attack, 99 Strength, 96 Defence, 88 Ranged, 94 Magic, 95 Prayer and 87 Summoning. December 5, 201312 yr It depends what kind of teams you want. For small teams, you will have to have overloads and drygore weapons. Also, I highly recommend you get 88 summon for anything. A pony is the bare minimum for Nex. And you are going to struggle in Zaros phase with only 88 ranged, too... =\ Minimum gear is Bandos + Armadyl, Royal Crossbow, and dual chaotic weapons. But ideally, you want drygore weapons. Not having Overloads is also very harmful because not only are they nowhere near as beneficial for DPS, but they take up many more INV spots too.
December 5, 201312 yr For Nex, overloads are helpful on the smoke phase, because that still drains your stats, I believe. Other than that, you can use Ports armour and chaotic (claws, maul) + royal crossbow.
