Inspired by the album cover of my favorite band (which is Soulwax). Blur your vision, or look at it from a distance to see my name. Fairly simple to make, but I think it's pretty effective.

Wow, that is an awesome effect, at first I was like, "Ok, what the hell? I can barely see his name," but then I crossed my eyes a tiny bit and it popped out. Very cool effect, I'm assuming three layers though, the white background, the layer with the gray text for your name, and then the third layer being the cross hatch pattern on top? Anyways, it's awesome. Very cool and very different. Oh and Soulwax, what kind of music they play? I might wanna check them out.

Souwax combines rock with dance, which comes out very good I think.

 

 

 

Their latest albums are Any Minute Now and Nite Versions. In that last album, they remix the songs on Any Minute Now.
