and lets not forget about the wonderful story i heard about how some lady tripped over a child in her local grocery mart and sued the store for about $600,000+..... the kicker?

sometimes, i just cannot believe some of the things humans do... i mean seriously. as a species, we suck.

This is one of those times that I personaly doubt the theory of evolution. What ever happend to survival of the fittest? If one sues himself does the guy win or louse? Is it a draw? Both? I bet the founders of America didn't exspect to ever have to wory about something like this!
