your listing features, provideing links and asking people to join. yeah sounds pretty much like advertiseing.

 

also your low post count makes it look like a scam or keylogger site.

I only see one link on that post and its about the CounterStrike Clan Ranking System, where he is giving an example. So no its not advertising and no he doesn't need to post it in the sticky in the offtopic section.

 

 

 

Anyway there is already a number of clan Ranking threads going around on the main rs forums and wouldn't be useful in somewhere like tip.it. :wink:

It would be awesome if someone could make this. It could be a place where all the clans can come together, plan wars, chat, and do things...

Yes-I'm not in a clan who actively pks [ 40 ] [9.66%]

 

No-I'm in a top 5 clan [ 66 ] [15.94%]

 

No-I'm in a non top 5 clan [ 72 ] [17.39%]

No because until Jagex at least some sort of clan system there can be no definant rank system especially considering how varied top 5 lists are.
