silver24-7
spell name: Teleblock Lvl to use: 99 Whats the difference from the regular teleblock ? This one is placed within the ancient spellbook   Runes needed: 2 bloods and 2 deaths, NO LAWS people would use it as excuse to bring laws then tele themselves. I'm Finally 99 mage ^^ (and cooking...) :PSilver24-7 -
meb
I like the telebanking spell that banks 1 item and costs 2 laws 4 airs or something. Spell name: Drain Mage level to use: 88 Runes: 2 fire, 2 water, 1 blood Effect: Has a maximum damage of 22 and it transfers 25% of the damage dealt to the caster's magic level(up to a maximum magic lvl of 110). Why: It's not overpowered and it becomes more effective every time you cast it, eventually you get max-hits with every spell you cast. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
