reason: do i need to state it

would be great easy barrows and new minigame

Mage lv to use: 1

 

Runes: 1 air rune

 

What it does: turns your bones into phats

 

why you would want to have it added: because i dont have any

I have often thought about the tele-bank spell. I reckon it should take 2 laws and 1 nature, and would bank a single item. Either that or the one peer the seer uses, and banks everything (all equipment as well). That way it couldn't be used by power miners etc, as it would either take too many runes, or would bank your pickaxe as well. :twisted:

I have to get practically naked when I'm cooking bacon.

I may be immature, but that made me laugh!

why you would want to have it added: all of us want to go swimming, and cheaper access to karamja (lol) :lol:

I was thinking about 3 laws and 4 natures and costs 100 coins per item transported. Think of the Tai Bwana Trio minigame, you have a postal service that sends stuff to the bank for a cost of 10 trading sticks per item. The spell operates the same way, only costs coins instead of trading sticks. I would love it for metallic dragons, all those bronze, iron and steel bars going to waste.

I'm not sure the money cost is needed, though maybe your amount of runes is better. Once you've made that much investment in runes, i doubt 100 gold will really worry you!

 

 

 

The rune cost (or overall cost) should be high enough that you wouldn't use it frivolously (eg big bone banking), but instead would use it to (for instance) save your whip in the wildy. You wouldnt save your whole inventory because of the casting time, but that one item could be handy.

Lve mage: 70

 

Runes:5 laws, one of each of the elements

 

Effect: When used once, it will set a point (this uses the amount of runes needed) wich can be telleported too if the person clicks the button again(again using the amount of runes needed).

 

Why? Becasue i wouldnt mind paying this if i needed to go back and forth between half of runescape to an exact place.

Teleother Annakarl

 

 

 

Cost: 5 blood, 2 death, 2 soul

 

 

 

Effect: Same as any other teleother spell but it teleports them to the demonic ruins in lvl 40 something wilderness. (The super crazy pk spot)

 

 

 

Not only does it allow you to teleport your friends into high lvl wilderness so you can jump other pk'ers. It also kills innocent civilians at the kalphite queen, barrows, and other fun places!!!

 

 

 

Let the flame war begin! :twisted:

Spell Name: Mind Drop

 

Mage Level to Use: 78

 

Runes: 4 Laws, 15 Minds, 5 Chaos.

 

What it Does: Picks up target, and drops back into the ground, dealing 5 damage and stunning target for 5 seconds. (Stun time goes higher at every 10 levels, at 88 - 10 Seconds, at 98 - 15 Seconds)

 

Why you would want to have it Added: Why not, telekenesis spells vs enemies is kinda cool. And plus the animation for the spell could be wicked.

What it does: Changes spells between Ancient and Noraml magic. Can't be used in Wildy

 

why you would want to have it added: I hate Ancient magiks teleports :P

Restores all your stats and adds +1 to all stats temporarly

 

reason: If your stats are drained, good way to restore without potion and gives aditional lvls.

why you would want to have it added: to get evey item pking very easily

Spell name: mutant barrow

 

Mage lv to use: 101, lvl99+wizard mind bomb or mage pot

 

Runes: 600 body, 50 laws, 20 of nats, 5 of soul and 1 of water,air, fire and 1 barrow item (after 50 uses [bleep]'ll go to 0)

 

What it does: allows u to use all the armor's sp for 24hours and mo barrow armor needed! after 24 hours you'll get teled to lumby with nothing on because the power was too strong you can't conrrol it properly. cant usue it on ppl, p2p only and must pay jagex extra 5 dollars on member ship for it. must finish a speical quest for it and you may turn into any creature after you cast te spell

 

why you would want to have it added: easy kill, fun, and dangerous!

What it does: it prevents the blocked one from teleporting, from using an item from inventory and from running. all effects last 1 minut

 

 

 

why you would want to have it added: to own the wilderness =D

mage lvl needed: 97

 

what it does: Automatically skulls any player in the wilderness within the level restrictions

 

why I would want this: idk i just think its an ok idea, i dont pk so i wouldnt need it but others could benefit from it

Spell name: Tetra Flame

 

 

 

Mage lv to use: 99+mage potion

 

 

 

Runes: 30 deaths, 30 blood, 30 nats, 50 fires, 50 earths.

 

 

 

What it does: Cast massive meteor of the size of venus followed by an everlasting flame. Attacks every player in the wilderness that is not on your friend list, doesn't matter level difference, all items dropped will go to your bank, if full you have 5 minutes to fix bank space problem. Minimun damage is 80, maximun damage is 99+

 

 

 

secondary effects: removes wilderness player killing skull.

 

[2]- makes every player attacked get skulled before he/she dies.

 

 

 

why you would want to have it added: Massie destruction.

summon zombie

 

runes: 1 life, 5 earth, 5 water.

 

effect: summons a level 13 summoned zombie to fight with you. only one monster can be summoned at once

 

why: to shut people the hell up about summoning

 

to seee a summoned zombie go to the necromancer tower south of ardougne and attack the necromancer
