Gotta start out somewhere, and expecting a lot for sub-standard work isn't the way to do it. Scriptlance is the perfect example of that (and rent a coder too iirc). It is the worst program to use for making websites, ever. If you want to suggest a WYSIWYG editor, say Dream Weaver. It pisses all over FrontPage without even trying. Yes, you may be able to find someone, but you would probably have to know them already. Professional quality design will almost never be free.
