  1. Yanille because it is close to the bank. Which is good for fast leveling.
  2. Are you kidding? LOOK at the front page of general discussion right now. 6000 views 73 replies 50k views 6k replies 19 views 12 replies 209 views 1 reply 18 views 1 reply 14k+ views 2k replies Seriously, if you think this is intelligent discussion, gb2/b/. And if you don't know what that means... Lurk moar. You wouldnt happen to have stairs in your house would you? But I agree that the conversations on this board are far from intelligent. Sadly, they are more intelligent then most forums are. But have you ever tried playing Runescape on drugs? It is pretty awesome.
  3. I would get a purple phat and 99 construction. Any leftover would just be saved.
  4. I got a santa hat, 92 fletch, and 80 mage. I didnt play quite as much as I thought I would, but thats ok.

  6. If there is serious interest in hearing the new god wars dungeon music, I suppose I could do something. It doesn't look like it would be that hard.
  7. I just kinda lost interest after a while. Then about a year later I started playing again, but I play much less then I used to.
  8. Good luck. Firemaking is really boring to get to 99. 99 woodcutting is defiantly worth the time though.
  9. I did firemaking at Draynor with willows. It took a long time, but it isnt too bad. 2 months from 85-99, I think.
  10. First off, decide if you want to use windows or linux. Linux would be my reccomendation, but you can use windows if you want. On Windows, use Ceberus for ftp, the printer/file sharing for file sharing, and the game server for whatever game you want a server for. This might be easier to set up then Linux, but it will probably be less secure and stable. If you decide to go with Linux, you need to choose a distro. Ubuntu is a good one for beginners. Use vsftpd for the ftp server, samba for sharing the printers, and the linux version of the game server for the game you use. It shouldnt take too long to set up either way, and it will be well worth it.
  11. He most likely is using intergrated graphics, which uses some ram as video ram, removing it from the avaible ram for other stuff. As for speeding it up, killing anything that is not being used will help. You may not be able to run WMP and RS a the same time due to your processor speed, but closing anything not in use will help speed things up.
  12. Hrm so its for all out compys? I also have my server, which is: AMD Athlon 900mhz 384mb ram 45gb pata hard drive DVD drive some ati graphics card A 1987 NEC monitor Ubuntu 5.10 Breezy badger And my desktop, posted earlier, runs Windows XP.
  13. Intel Celeron 2.6ghz (only the best for me) 768mb ram 2x 80gb hard drives 16x DVD+/-R Dual layer 48x CD Burner/16x DVD combo drive Raedon 9250 Pci graphics card Sound Blaster Audigy 2 sound card 3.5" floppy drive :) 15" Viewsonic LCD Logitech x530 5.1 surround sound speakers Yea, its not much, but it works. And I have no real reason to upgrade, and no money too either.
  14. I was really hoping to avoid a wireless card, since I dont really want to get one working. I do have a card that has decent Linux drivers, so I may just have to use that.
  15. That is a bit extreme. We play poker at lunch all the time, and the principal doesn't care. They were too strict with the students.
