April 17, 200620 yr PC Halo is great...it's much easier on Xbox than PC. I've played both Halo games since they game out, and I still suck. But Halo on the PC is...interesting. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.

April 17, 200620 yr Your attempt at humor was rather futile in this case, and Halo 1 and Halo 2 run off the both engines and both use the same systems for the basic mechanics of the game. Only difference is H2 has online feature and obviously the storyline is different from the first one. Don't try and be lame saying H1 takes skill opposed to H2, if you can play one, you can play the other. H2 actually helps develop more skill as you have to play against others that are better than you. Unlike H1 where you sit in your living room just playing with you friends who you own again and again.

And another thing, I honestly prefer Halo 2 because you need more skill to play it than Halo 1. I'd like to see you complete Halo 2 as quick as you can complete Halo 1 on Legendary. Halo 2 for me, i could run through it on legend' Halo 1 on the other hand, with the flood.. on legend.. that was more of a challenge, still do-able though nothing compared to Call of Duty 2 - Veteran :| NOW thats hard, still did it though... or getting my 100% on Project Gotham 3.. :) good stuff. Only thing i miss about halo 2 though is modding over XBC, quite fun. even was part of a couple sites http://www.ppfnoobs.net/ and another i cant tell :P
