Another thing that I thought would be funny is the opposite. An hp pure! That would be crazy as well and a great hybrid skill pure. A lvl 25 with 99 hp getting attacked by a tree spirit (lvl 39 tree spirit at lvl 25?) would probably be able to get a whole load of magic logs before their hp ran out lol... and BOY would they have some fun with duelers and an inventory of food and recoils :shock: . They would get owned still but it would be pretty funny having to eat 10 sharks or something from your own damage on a lvl 25. 8)

I get my panties in a bunch everytime I read someone saying "FULL" anything when there is stated to be one piece missing.

 

It's bad enough we denizens of the internet make up all sorts of new words, in most cases for the sake of shorthand. What I find disturbing is that we are now adopting political type of speech. Saying something to sell an idea with a complete lie.

I am sorry if I took this the wrong way but that came off pretty snobby in my opinion.

 

 

 

What is the point of words such as "except" or "without"? To state that something is lacking something else. So how else would you phrase an entire set that is missing something? "A lvl 18 wearing d med, d legs/skirt and d chain?!?!" or, to follow this arguement, "A lvl 18 wearing MOST of a dragon set?!?!". I think that words that mean "except" etc. should not be banned from usage, sorry. It IS a FULL set MINUS one piece. Taking away a piece of something does not change it's name unless it changes it's nature.

IF you would have taken the time out of your precious schedule to actually READ the topic you would have discovered how *gasp* I EXPLAINED how to do so.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another thing I would like to mention back on topic:

 

 

 

HP-less range pures would be much faster to make with a cannon, the range guild mini-game, or possibly even the gnomeball game. I haven't played the gnomeball game in ages so I don't know the range xp, though.

 

 

 

HP-less mage pures would be much faster with questing followed by cursing/alching/teleing etc.

 

 

 

You could also be semi-useful while playing the minigame with only 10hp by repairing gates etc. that break down. You would get 1-hit a ton but heck you aren't doing anything else. :P

indeed this is possible, you could also get large xp boosts from one small favour because i have seen a level 3 in shilio village fishing , how he did the quest i dont know :shock:

I tried the dummy thing, and what happens is it will only give exp for attack. No matter what you have your attack settings to, it will give 5 attack exp per hit on the dummy.

 

 

 

I don't know if you could somehow change this... but um... yeah.

Looks like the only thing left it lamps... and if an average lamp gives 300-1000 exp, it would take 40-80 lamps to get to 40 in one skill, and 275-860 lamps for a lvl 60 skill. And even if each lamp gave 3k exp, it would take about 18k lamps to get 99 in 4 skills (att, def, str, and range) mage could be alched or teleported to 99, and prayer just needs bones buried.

 

 

 

Mabey the 300-800 lamps could be possible, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Mabey you could get them all in a year if you played every day for a long long time.

My lvl 28 has full drag no sq.. I dont think lvl 18 is possible, and it took me ages to make my 28 noob. Second of all, consider the mosters in that minigame :). :(

The point of poison and recoils is to deal damage WITHOUT gaining xp. In this manner you can kill things such as the vampire in Vampire Slayer. You bring food and recoils and perhaps a poisoned iron dagger to take him out which results in you getting almost lvl 21 attack without gaining any hp xp. This is just an example of how to get started easily with attack.

 

 

 

In my opinion the degree of difficulty would be in this order:

 

Prayer - totally easy but quite expensive and has always been possible

 

Mage - a few quests and non-combat spells and you can complete 99 without difficulty

 

Range - Gnomeball, range guild game, quests, and CANNON make this relatively easy as well.

 

Attack - Quests and possibly lamps and Pest Control for the rest

 

Hp/Str/Def - Quests are hard or impossible so lamps until 25 needed

If you quest or lamp for 25 and play the game you will only have 10 hp. When you play the minigame you can die a gazillion times and still get the xp if your team wins.

 

 

 

I also just noticed that you only get lvl 16 hp when getting 25 in another skill... that would only require 1 lamp max or 17 hp without one. Not too hard and still quite impressive to be lvl 19 with a shiny red dragon chain on. :wink:
