The propotrions are all wrong, your perspective is seriously ****ed up, and that's not shading. Those are badly done shadows.

Ummmmmmmmm.........anatomy. The guy on the right is Ok but the guy on the left........he looks like a cut out. You say you spent 2 hours on it, bad idea. It seems like you were too focused on finishing and not on making it quality. Spend a few more hours on it (like 10 at least) and it'll start looking better.

4/10 the only decent part of it is the mage the warrior is err.....iffy :wink:

Don't try to flame back thephat, just accept what someone likes/dislikes, and maybe ask for help.

 

 

 

You should try the shading again, and practice your anatomy.

Um... it dosent matter because you are flaming someone when you have no artistic talent whatsoever.

Also try to use a light scource for your shading like the moon for example.

Anyway try moving the shadows on the actual things that are causing it and add a highlight edge to the other side (where the light is coming from) makes it look more cartoony which I think would suit your style other than the complex shading done by gods such as mxm.
