May 1, 200620 yr runescape doesnt have holiday updates just becuse its a bank holiday in america. its only on christmas, easter and halloween. its the same every year. there are lots of other holidays in america or other countries during the year, but only those 3 get updates in runescape Are you a member with a full bank and cancelling your subscription?
