May 6, 200620 yr I would like to know how exactly people know that magic dart is not affected by magic bonus...Does it say that anywhere or do people just assume that? People don't need to assume that because there's plenty (like me) who lives there and tests every possible method. Save yourself two inventory space, mage robes are not necessary. Barrows is a slow money maker if you expect to use it consistently, compare to other money-making methods (rc, green dragon, merchant, etc). You may get lucky a few times, but once you start to do the runs day-in day-out, probability catches up to you. However, it's still great way to make money if you consider the exp you're getting. Being fun doesn't hurt either. All I learned in life, I learned on Tip.it

Is this to put down a message or are you all dumb [wagon] [edit]
May 6, 200620 yr ^^ Its true, so many people think that Magic Dart is unaffected by Magic Attack bonus, which is total bull from my experiences. Sure, you hit well with and without Ahrims on, but c'mon, they basically have little to know mage protection. Its like bursting a guy in Rune at Cw. Sure your going to hit a lot, so it doesn't hurt you too much to put on a a Brassard, but once you put it on you won't hit as well. The defense compensates for the slight loss of Magic power. The same thing goes for Barrows. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. May 6, 200620 yr It is affected, just not that much. I take initiate and rune for when i run out of prayer. Sometimes mystic or Ahrims for that extra pop :!: With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

Non-stop 2-15s instead of my 15-18's non stop.... but hey no pic no proof (or data table in this case) Just a friendly experiemnt Aussy

May 11, 200620 yr I have experimented with slayer dart and magic bonus. Killed experements while doing this as the have high HP and reduces my timing error. I did 50 casts at +79 and took an average of 33.13 seconds to kill one. (I devided the time it took by the number of casts and allways got within 0.1 of a second to 2.8 seconds to show my timing was accurate) At -49 magic bonus time averaged 50.18 sec!! Thats an extra 17.05 seconds per experiment. Of course the barrows brothers have pitiful mage defense so the difference in time to kill them with and without mage bonus is only limited. But it will take longer if you are not wearing mage gear!!
