Don't know if they're just rumours, but i hear someone heard about it comeing out (still a LOT of time to go, don't start expecting things)

 

Like rsc too rs2, i'm guessing we will, otherwise there will be a outrage amongst players

i doubt their will be rs3 for a while. and if we didnt keep our stats then ya everyone would become furious and start argueing which is not what the game is about, its about to have fun not about whos best and who isnt. and i think it would probably lead to runescape ending if their was a huge outrage like phil said.

i heard on a forum post that it would be coming out in '08

 

i will be pretty annoyed if all my stats and items go when i play rs3, but if it comes out in a long time ill probly have stopped playing runescape already

there wont be an r23 while there is still an rsc. once that has gone, they can cganhe rs2 to rsc, and make rs3 the real rs. also, what on earth could they do to rs to make enough imporvements to warrant a 'new' version?

It took Runescape like 2-3 years to make RS2.

 

 

 

I highly doubt that they would makr RS3. RS2 still is being updated...

I believe this update to the engine was being called rs3 by someone, so I think that's all this post is founded upon.

runescape is a java based game, as of riight now, this game for being made in java is an incredible thing. it honestly can not get much better graphicly unless the switch the code the make the game in. which wont happen.

 

 

 

 

 

rs2 will stay until interest in the game dies and the game dies. im guess is there will never be a jump like there was from classic to rs2. little improvemnts yes, total grahpic overhauls no
