my mage is 73 and i have 3m to spend on runes what would be the best way to train i was thinking:

 

-Ancients at cwars :) would be fun though expensive.

 

-enchanting at mage training arena.

 

-or alching something

 

which would get me farther.

alching will not help ur hp at all so I dont recomend it. I wouldnt do ancients as although theyre fun they use a lot of runes nad arent very efficient for xp according to the runes they use. Mage arena might be something good though or flatout training would work the best.

k thanks. im thinking of using a few k for ancients just for fun then switch to something else. like mage training arena

Just fire blast? Or the best type of spell you can use and just train.

 

3 mil should be able to buy u a nifty amount of ruens eh?

Out of those choices:

 

Mage Place = Fast while cheap

 

Ancients = Fastest but expensive

 

Alch = Cheapest but slowest

 

 

 

I would alch anything that you make yourself but would train at enchanter's paradise. Just remember to get your hp from training range or melee.

try barrows using ancient staff or slayer staff

Just using slayer staff at barrows

 

buying/making cosmics and using enchant level (1-5) in mage arena

 

Using full rune with d vamps and mud staff at the zammy mage in varrock or the zombies at mage guild

to make the most of ur money u could buy airs and minds and use fire strike but i dont recommend it at ur mage lv :?

my two recomendations for training mage are

 

 

 

basic fire spell....work it out for the cost of the runes and the xp you get = better value per xp than buy chaos or deaths

 

 

 

takes longer to use them, but ull get more hp xp

 

 

 

if u wana use loads in 1 go use them on black dragons in members dungeon

slayer dart in barrows

 

 

 

i bought 100 deaths and i make them back each trip

 

i got 900+ deaths from it now

I saw mage arena, you get more exp for casting more spells than you normally would, and with the extra points you can get, you can get extra stuff :P

barrows, you'll probably get more runes out of it than you used, and you might get a drop.
