Well, kind of the ending. I really didnt get the last 30 or 45 mins. ok so constantine goes to hell to see who has the spear. then they get ready to go take it. they arive and kill all the half-breeds (protecting?) i assume, the spear that killed jesus. the deamons also need that detective woman because shes the psychic they need to awaken mamon. so she gets possesed and they exercise the deamon. then gabriel appears and moves constantine to the back of the room for what reason? and the deamon comes back and gabriel is about to stab the deamon with the spear for what reason? and then constantine slits his wrists for what reason? to stop time? then lucifer comes to collect his soul, but stops gabriel from stabbing the deamon and removes gabriels wings. then constantine goes to heaven but lucifer prevents him and cures his lung cancer so constantine may live and go to hell on his own accord. but i didnt get this whole part. why did it all happen?

At the beginning of the film, Constantine knows that he's dieing from lung cancer, so he's trying as hard as he can to stop as many demons as possible, hoping to redeem himself, even though Gabriel tells him it's hopeless. However, when Constantine sacrifices himself at the end of the movie, they let him into heaven after all. To prevent this, the devil takes away his lung cancer so that he can live on, probably hoping that Constantine will slip up somewhere later in life so that he'll come down to hell after all.
