I do not know of any guides but a program I have heard others refer to, such as Trojann, is camtasia. Just wondering, what were you banned for?

...Got from some place...

[Mod Edit: Lets give credit where credit is due... no need to paste the guide here when it can be readily accessed via the link that was provided below ~Alduron]

Ah Trojann2,

Thanks to Link Gray's original guide that gave me the info to start my own filming, Howatt and everyone's videos that I've seen to gather examples from to experiment with, and my own time spent on trial and error. This is and will probably be my first and only guide. Do NOT copy this guide in any way, form or fashion.

If you are the person who made it, just making sure. :P

In MovieMaker click "Import sound and music" (or it might say "import audio" dunno) and go to the folder you have your music in... Windows media player files should be in my documents\my music and for limewire... I have mine in c:\documents and settings\owner\shared

Just open the files from there, then drag them to the timeline

Hmm... You might be looking in the wrong folder, use the search button in windows and see where they are.

OR

Your audio files are in .wmv .... I dunno if it's possible tho
