well great,my dad cancelled my membership,and it has run out so here i stand,what should i do,oh i know!woodcutting!then i can make my homework and wc at the same time!problem:autoers,i've seen a lot of bad things,but this is one of the worst,i know they ain't special,but they make me mad.after a wc lvl from 77-78 i go light some willowlogs i still had in my old bank.everything goes great,if it wasn't that stupid nublets are irritating me with starting to ''accidentally''light their logs in my firemaking row,time at time.well after i got from 66-70 firemaking i went to try out mining,ii'm a lvl 89,93 ranged 1455 total lvl,and mining was just 57,so i grabbed a rune pick,and went to the dwarven mines.i was sick of being stalked and asked for free stuff 13 times now,so that underground stuff will do me good,as soon as i start mining,ppl claim bad words at me,''go away noob!'' or ''this is my rock''.i'm sick of f2p after one day already...and i can't convince dad,i'm desperate...save me :)

Anyway I was stranded on f2p for a month or two while I was moving and let me tell you: EVERYTHING SUCKED! I tried every single activity that I could think of and they were all crowded and/or EXTREMELY slow. After a week of aimless training I bought another rune wc axe (had one in the bank but only one lol), a fly fishing rod, and withdrew a tinderbox and a couple thousand feathers. Fished and cooked at barb village and gave away or traded cooked fish for feathers. REALLY boring but was the only thing that I could find that was anywhere near the speed of p2p. Went from around 60 something fishing to 80 or 81 and gained even more cooking levels. While there you can trade cooked for raw for even more xp.

 

 

 

I would suggest offering to do something that is hard or boring for your father to prove how important this activity is to you. You could weed the garden/lawn, wash his car, do laundry for a week, etc. Do NOT try to manipulate or lie to him; act like an adult. If you state very clearly your desires and your willingness to work for them it should impress him. Just offer to do things every month to earn the $5 and to show your maturity. If he sees that this game is making you make mature decisions he will probably be more than willing to shell out the membership fee.

LOL! I can make you an uber leet free power ammy for your noob if you want later, lol. Maybe even some *shock* iron armor!!!! :shock:

if your still wearing members items, that will hurt, but if you want to mine noob free just go to varrok WEST mine for iron and lumby swamps for coal (world one is the best since mining spots are usually deserted there)

Actually F2P isn't so bad if you have Public Friends/Off and Friends chat Friends/Off.

 

One of the main reasons people make themselves P2P, is that in F2P it's very hard to get levels and gain money.

Eh... I don't know about that. There are so many stupid teaming pures on f2p now. You can't go out there alone and make it out alive... UNLESS you're like 80-90+ combat.

I switched to P2P when I was about level 24 combat. Everyone in member's was so much more mature. Rarely did I see the classic, "Free Stuff!!". I was called a noob a lot but it didn't bother me. It's been only a month and I'm now level 65 combat with level 60 mining as my highest non-combat skill. I couldn't imagine having to go back to F2P...

wow i hate F2p.. the thing that Amazes me is that fact that people start brand new acounts their first time playing Rs at level 3 in members/.

well... I am F2P and I plan to be for the next week or two. Why? Well I just came back... but I figured why become a member when I can do half the stuff I need to do on F2P

 

 

 

"What do you mean!?!?" You ask... well... I have about 7000 lobs and 10000 swordfish to cook, so I figure I might as well do that before becoming a member. Its not like anyone can interfere with cooking or anything... same with leveling prayer and lots of other skills. Just have initiative and be intuitive... those are my words of the day :wink:

In that case... go do some research. Theres plenty of rearch that says TV / Computers DON'T ruin your eye's. That would be like saying a painting ruins your eyes if you look at it for a while, after all TV is just a bunch of pictures being flashed.

 

 

 

The misconception comes because alot of times people's eyes go bad the same time around when they start playing alot of video games... well that age is also around or near puberty. Puberty is actually what causes your eyes to get worse, its just kind of like a side effect I guess you could say. Its no different then the myth that says playing with yourself makes you go blind...

well guess what :) i'm a member again and got 94 ranged and 90 cb on a trollstask.but nonetheless i had a great time on choclat mlk :) got 20 att 20 str 32 mage in a few hours :) he'll be my thing to do when i'm f2p for a while :)
