I have a guilded altar, all teleportals minus watchtower portal, both eagle and demon mahogany lecterns, a fully upgraded workshop, and a costume room. I use it almost soley for practical purposes. In fact, I've been the only person in my house for the passed 5 months. :lol:

 

 

 

I won't be adding onto it for one considering that will only increase loading times and I'm guilded altaring to 99 prayer right now. Lower loading times = faster experience per hour.
