June 4, 200620 yr yep it's fixed :cry: veryhyper, i tried your method but couldn't get that to work either. If anyone is still able to get the butler to un-note and cut logs into planks without having to pay the exhorbitant fees here would be a good place to post it!!

June 4, 200620 yr just worked it out, using the butler it's going to cost me 2m+ to get from lvl 55 to level 66, that's not including the 1.5m for 6k oak logs, still cheaper than buying 6k oak planks at 700 each This skill has just got insanely expensive..... June 4, 200620 yr Yea I noticed it just now, I feel so lucky I reached 67 cons a few hours ago without paying my demon butler. 8k noted oak, 300 teak and 200 mahogany logs made into planks without payment :D Oh and if you get fed up with your butler asking for money, this works nicely: I'm thinking of rehiring that nagging and whining cook again, just for this :twisted: Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

June 4, 200620 yr I go outside chop oaks then when i give to butler to take to mill i dash out of hse so he automaticly puts planks @bank he he! but... you pay for the planks BEFORE he takes them to the mill :roll: My account spent most of the last 10 months "locked"

June 5, 200620 yr Anyone who tries this with Rick and the other butlers gets a cookie(Maybe!!) I'd like a warm and gooey chocolate chip please. :) It no longer works with the "Butler" (level 40 construction one).

It was expensive before :) well its 1.3mil for me wit 6k oak logs to get from 55 - 66 How do you work that out? 6k oak logs x 250 each to cut into planks = 1.5m Demon Butler can cary 24 logs at a time thats roughly 500 trips to bank/sawmill @ 10k every 60 planks = ̣̉1m So thats 2.5m just to go up 11 levels, thats not including buying oak logs @ 0.95 each = 600k (give or take a few gp) Total 3.1m GP Quit Runescape 10 jan 2007 - Playing again 2012
