It's very doubtful that they drop it. They are so low level.

June 15, 200620 yr I killed a 56 for my level 3 clue me thinks (zammy page, 2 rune longs, and fire lights) But! I still recommned jellys! 645th to 99 Agility. I'm always up for a good chat, feel free to pm.
June 15, 200620 yr hellhounds are best, youll constantly get clues off them. true, i get my clues from hellhounds or green drags while i'm collecting hides and bones .
