I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if I can aford any profitable rare if I sold my armour and weapons. Right now I know litteraly nothing of rare prices so I'd really apreciate a price around abouts if you can.

 

Reason being is because I'm takeing a break from combat after getting 98 combat and I'm desperate for a money maker after construction drained my money before i could realise it costed so much :-s

 

So what's better in my case to fish sharks/monkfish and cut yews/mages while a rare I have goes up in price? Probably alot of things but I'm just that lazy :wink:

 

 

 

So here's what i (shamefully) have:

 

Full Torags without his hammers.

 

Abyssal Whip.

 

Full Rune WITHOUT a shield and weapon (From training the new guild if anyone was wondering).

 

 

 

Sad, i know. Ah yes, i also have about ~150k cash from the yews I'm cutting right now as we speak (type :P ).

Umm....I believe Easter eggs are around 5 mill.

currently 14 and rising by about 1m a week from waht im seeing

 

 

 

i sold mine 11m during construction craze....just rebought for 14m :(

 

 

 

green mask are 10m, but are hard to shift, no1 wants to buy them

 

 

 

red mask and santa are the best 'low' cosy weildable rares =D>

I'd love to get a sant but it would include raiseing my total money by 2-3 times which i by no way am about to do :P I think i'll stick with the easter egg for now, i never realised torags and whip dropped so much (been a month or two since i checked), now i really need/want a rare :?

 

Incase anyone was wondering I've got about 4.8m to use on a rare ( being poor is so horrible :( )

i got enough stuf for about 600-700 trips now gona keep 'upgrading' my rare until i get phat,

anyways, good look with gettin rare, but whats the point spending all your money on something you cant actualy use, or wont benifit you much? i reccomend keeping whip

Well i do Barrows, but sadly Construction drained more then i could have imaganed so i can't afford prayer potions. I tried makeing them with drops but it's all to slow for my likeing.

 

Also another reason I'm putting down my combat equipment is because I'm planning to take a slight break from Runescape for a bit, only comeing back on to make money with fishing/woodcutting.

 

 

 

Thanks for the responses everyone, I've decided on getting an easter egg. But the prices are all over the place, i see people for selling for 6m, then someone for 3m, then for 4.5. I don't know what to think :? I posted on the official forums only for another sad atempt at being lured. I've annoyed so many people by makeing them pick up a old set of boots when they kill me :P

 

 

 

The only thing I wouldn't mind knowing now is the price of an easter egg.

ohw and btw, if you want to have a rare to sit with it watching t rise don't go with an easter egg.

 

It hasn't changed value in like a year really.

Easter eggs were only 2m when I had one about 8 months ago. A 1m increase in 8 months? Come on, you can do better than that ...
