June 25, 200620 yr The 1 to 5 kills is right, but I wouldn't go off and go right after the monsters, I'd just kill them as they came along. I've gotten a couple bones from monsters I didn't even realize I had to kill. It's a nice surprise when one drops and you remember that you can do that part of the quest if you want. Once you get yourself to a position where you've got a majority of them from just regular ol' combat you could then try to get it all done. That's what I'll be planning on doing.
June 25, 200620 yr Thera are a few misstakes in the Guide. It says you have to kill a Giant (lvl3) rat but you have to kill one of the little (lvl 1) rats. It took meabout an hour to find it out :x . Also the guide says you have to START Horror From The Deep but you have to do the complete quest. I run up and dowm to the Lighthouse about a 100 times. :? I am a Supermama
June 25, 200620 yr the higher the lvl of monster the fast your going to get a bone. so a lvl 3 monster will take longer then like a lvl 60 monster.

The guide said you had to finish Horror from the Deep if you wanted to kill the dagannoth there. You also could have gone to the Dagannoth King's island and gotten the bone there with no quest requirements. June 30, 200620 yr I personally found the more commonly exped mobs drop the bone much less than the rares... by expable mobs I mean all the big bone droppers like jogres, trolls, ice giants etc.. for the just plain exotic like bunnies.... I got them all within 3 kills. for the monsters you'd say hmm nice exp, expect to wait a while before a bone drops. Cheers! -BB
