Rhys Posted June 28, 2006 Share Posted June 28, 2006 Is it a blue screen with plenty of white writing over it? If it is, write down the STOP error code. For example: 0x00000000 (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) Give us that and we'll see what we can do. Also, you may want to take down the error message near the top of the screen. And with a 3.4GHz CPU, I'll take a guess it's some Intel P4 or something. 700GB hard-drive? You sure? lol. Do what weezcake said, and post back.
