Haha, someone mixed up his rhetoricals and hypotheticals. Yep. That kind of thing happens to me all the time. One time i was sledding down a hill and I just didn't stop, almost hit a fence, in fact. A rhetorical question is indeed the type of question that is not intended to be answered. I believe a hypothetical question is actually a question about an event that hasn't actually happened (or whose happening is not the relevant point) used to support an argument. Perhaps we should all go and find a dictionary next time we want to pose a specific type of question or comment on someones ability to employ said type. Back on topic: Well its his fault, he had the second window, if he contacted you within a day or so of the event and you really felt guilty then give it back. In my opinion you have no reason to do this after several hours have passed, its not your fault. And whilst It would be nice if you dropped some nice shiny stuff for us, I don't really think that would change the fact that that guy lost 'loads' of money.
