l33t_necroh
I think you should be able to turn into a werewolf or vampire, after completing a quest. If you become a werewolf/vampire, you have a special attack when your unarmed. when you use the special attack, you transform into a werewolf/vampire. When you transform, youll get a 10 strentgh bonus and a special attack. The werewolf special would be: does an attack that does exactly 5 damage, and has a 50/50 chance to poison. The vamprie special would be: does no damage but reduces all combat by 5 (exept hp) and takes 15% energy away. I also thought, once you complete the quest, (if your a werewolf) you have a new respawn point if you die: Canifis. (if your a vampire) You have a new respawn point at a vampire camp in the middle of the haunted woods. I thought it was a good idea, what do you think? Toxicologist
It seems like a good idea, since technically Lycanthorpes and Vampires are not a race but a cursed form of a human or other species... So yeah perhaps there should be ways to transform. Maybe a spell, or an enchanted ring? But the special attacks might need some tweaking. It is too weak to be useful, considering you have to be unarmed. Why do you resist? My experiments are only helping humanity push the boundaries of the Art of Toxicology... you should be proud to be one of my victims. ~Toxicologist~

Bubsa
I'd put a bigger handicap in being that form, either you can't train non-combat skills due to lack of dexterity, or energy/health depletion for how long you remain in the form. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
Minoture
I thought the ring of Choas (chaos, I don't know how to spell it) made you look like a werewolf. That being the case I doubt that Jagex will ever put this into the game.
