  4. Can anyone tell me what the difference between the (l) and the (s) is after all the sets? When you click Sets Grand Exchange Clerk, it shows you all of the kinds of sets but there is two for every kind, one followed by a "(l)" and a "(s)". WTH is this?

You've never dangled a piece of string in front of one, have you? It's much fun \ \ \ \ \ \ That reminds me of a story I read online titled "Don't Shave Naked If You Own Cats". I don't wanna bother finding it again, but the gist is this guy was shaving right after getting out of the shower one day, and we all know how cats love to jump and claw at dangling things...... YOWCH!!

PLEASE, ONLY READ IF YOU ARE ATLEAST SEMI-EXPERIENCED WITH C++ SCRIPTING/CODING/PROGRAMMING/WHATEVER IT'S TECHNICALLY CALLED. __________________________________________________________________ Hello to the Tech & Computers Board. I've always been interested in learning atleast the basics (hopefully beyond) of 'computer programming.' I've recently taken action on this, and searched the web for some tutorials or beginner's guides. I've read up on it alot at this site, and downloaded good, trusted compiler (Bloodshed Dev-C++). From what I've learned, I've already realized that this is not the easiest thing in the world. Some things are pretty damn confusing or difficult, but it seems it'll all come easier with practice. My school offers a 'Java & C++' class for 12th years, but I'm only going into my 11th. So there's that I'll be able to take the course in 2 years. Geuss I'm too eager and can't wait that long. So, if anyone, whom is experienced with this stuff, would like to give some hints, tips, advice on the topic, links to good help-areas, it would be extremely appreciated. Anything will help. ~Tru_Vampire0~
  19. i agree with the notion of increased typing speed, as a result of playing RS. 2 years ago when i started, i typed about 60 wpm with like a 25% error. Now i can cleanly do 60 wpm with a random error here and there, and get up to 75 wpm with about 25% error. Also, to add to the Math portion of the article, players use math alot with their skilling when their figuring goals and raw materials or how many creatures they'll have to kill
