I want to mine iron and then bank them. What is the best mine to do this FAST?

 

I'm currently mining at dwarven mine, but i suspect there is a better, member mine. So just put here the name of the mine, with iron ore, closest to a bank.

I think the spot north east of Yanille is pretty close, or east varrock is fast because of the amount of rocks.

 

 

 

Not sure if those are the fastest. Yanille one is slightly closer than varrock mine.

is it really faster to mine there?

 

seems to b the same as dwarven mine, but without scorpions :D .

If you've started Recipie for Disaster and finished The Lost Tribe, the Dogreshunn mines are fastest. Just talk to the goblins to go through the mine in a second, and bank at the chest in the basement.

I'd say yes, but there is a seluded mine near Port Khazard. Bank in Yanille. Dorge is very seluded aswell.

Either after giving the Chef the ingredients he asked for, or you have saved 1 council member, which i think its the latter. both are pretty easy to do.

North of Yanille all the way. You can EASILY, do 1500+ ores an hour.

So the part doesn't matter, if i free just 1 council member? Allrigth!

 

 

 

What is better then? Yanille or Lumbridge cave?

Near port khazard and yannil. Often quiet there aswell.

OK, mining there now and works good.

Don't forget to bring Bullseye Lantern. (or Oil Lantern if you don't have the F-making level) :mrgreen: You could also bring a candle if you follow the goblin and kill goblin guards they drop oil lantern. If you have 2 lit oil lanterns in inv it is as powerful as a bullseye lantern, except it can lit out. :mrgreen:

Remember: The smoke will cause explosion with your torch or candle but it's perfectly safe if you follow the goblin to the mine, trust me I tried. :wink:

There is also south of Falador, it's a little longer walk, but it's alot of ores there...

There is an iron mine, a furnace, and anvil in Relleka. But there isn't a bank. It's a good place to raise smithing though. :-s

Making Iron Knives or the any stackable iron item would be great there, I'll have to remember that next time I'm looking for Iron Knives.

To asnwer to your first question: No, it doesn't. It's only called "mining helmet" becaues goblins use it to mine. Speaking of a mining helmet, I'd have to warn you about the candle mechant. He is trying to scam you. Don't buy candle from him. It will explode in cave so he just scams you.

 

 

 

Ardougne no doubt. You don't need to finish the legend's quest to access the ardougne steel mine. And it doesn't get often very crowded. It's close to a bank. There is a coal and iron for you. However, the one in Seers is faster since you have to go all the way the other site of Ardougne City to get to the anvils there.

 

 

 

Here is the info for you:

 

Nearest Bank: Ardougne or Legends(if you've finished the quest)

 

Nearest Anvil: Seers

 

Nearest Furance: Ardougne (between the castle and church)

 

 

 

Iron is a waste of time. And cosmic runes. And cut rubies. I'd suggest you not to make iron bars. But that's just my suggestion, you can do what you want it's your account.

 

 

 

Legends' Mine is the best mine to get steel. I bet that's where the knights and the paladins get their ores and smith their armour. :wink:

 

 

 

Also with heroes, well, they're heroes. So they should be members of the hero's guild. I bet they smith their armour as well. With the 2 rune ores there.

 

 

 

NPCs doesn't matter, anyway it is the best place for steel. Good luck. :wink:

 

 

 

Also the place near Dark Wizards' Tower is good too (if you have 5 agility, without it Legends' is better, that place is better, the only reason I suggested Ardougne is because I'm a crook and I spend my times in Ardougne)
