how do you make money? i'm going alright myself, even after a long stint of nothing but training, but it would help the low lvls browsing this forum 2 start off their runescape, well, career mite be the rite word.

 

i personnally made money by smithing until all my lvls were high enough, then ran ess on wrld 16.

I make my money by cannonballs or yews.

Well i collected cowhides when i first started. At level 55 odd i got members, picked flax, span it (gaining free extra money & crafting exp)

 

 

 

After that, i cut yews, fletched them, strung them, sold them

 

 

 

Easy fast money (Free xp)

I do a lot of things but right now I smith mith bars and sell them 1k each, really good exp and lots of money ^_^

Supplies by the k and items where they are needed (and always know if you can make, or how much it will cost to replace).

 

 

 

Doing the W16 air run, I also sold a couple of air and mind tiaras, my mage ammy, and my last 200 ess to a crafter in the bank (alternating between running for money & crafting my own ess if the only ones open are 1k).

 

 

 

If the running is good, air running can be a steady payback or a good source of air runes (though on this guy, I can make 4x from my ess and get XP, or get free runes and no XP) - If I run, I run for cash.

 

 

 

Unless you craft your own nat / law runes in P2P, alchs and telegrabs are dependent on finding a cheap enough supply of runes to do it.

 

 

 

 

 

Not sure if Oak logs are still any good, the initial heat from the construction race has proably cooled, but they are still probably the most cost/time effective supply for construction.

I have a f2p mage pure and I've made alot of money buy buying limps and red spider eggs from the general store in varrock and make them into strength potions and then sell them for 800 each. Kinda my main way to make money for my pure.

I'm not sure what I did when I first started, but I found this one guy who would buy all my steel bars for 300 ea (yeah, lol). I remember him giving me 32k on the first trade. I was happy (32k is a lot of money to a newb) I bought a Rune Pick. Mined my way until around April/March. Then I did a lot of different ways to know how to make the most money. Still doing that, although it might be high alching now...
