Well, this is going to be an on going topic, being updated with the signature designs that I will make and offer here. I'd also like to say, that while I am certainly not as talented as the people here, I hope that I can offer a decent sig, and if you get one, I hope you will be happy with it.

They're exact copies in different colours

Yeah, it is one design, with the colours changed. Thats to see if someone prefers one colour over the other, but as I said, I can change the colours at will. I also have a few more designs in mind that will be added soon. The colours are there to see if people see it better in a different colour.

You really should try for new designs, instead of just changing the colors on 1.

It's hard to say what my reasons were. Some people like something in one colour, and someone else doesn't in that colour. Then the second someone sees the same thing in a different colour and loves it. Get it?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, that is only my first design, as I said, I'm working on many more.

They're all the same, and on top of that, it's not even a very good design, I personally wouldnt pay for these.... Sorry.

Now, now. I get it that it isn't great, and that I need to do some more. But the more people that tell me that it is bad, the more I see who likes it and who doesn't. Almost like a poll.

BTW, It isn't really helpful people just saying I don't like it, or I won't buy it, but it does help if you tell me why. If you don't want to see more stuff you don't like, this would help.

The second design probably looks the best, maybe don't do the grid pattern on the whole sig, maybe put it on one side of the sig in a pattern type thing?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And maybe you should do sigs for free, so you get known and then people might be interested in your sigs, no good trying to sell your first attempts at sigs, cause no one will by them, cause first attempts at trying to make sigs are usually crap..

Also with the second one, I tried that with the grid, but I guess I didn't apply it right (used a mask and a gradient on the grid). I'll fix that up.

Maybe change the opacity of the grid, so it dosnt stand out so much..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Have you used http://www.good-tutorials.com you might get some good ideas for text there, and other skills.

Oh yeah, that was where I started out doing graphics and stuff, until my trial of Photoshop ran out. So I started using the GIMP.

try a pale white grid. . black seems abit too bold .. or try changing the transparency of the grid

Crap font, but maybe put the grid in an area like that? Section what you want with the lasso tool, (if your program has that) and then put in your pattern, with the opacity of the pattern at 50%?
