babemomlover
I saw this thing once that you type in something and it says it for you, out loud. The website said it helps businesses. . . Or something? You could type in "Hello, how are you?" and hear a girl say it out loud through your speakers? I've tried finding it through google but I don't know what to put in for the search; Can anyone help? yonman14
It's called IP-Relay. You shouldn't tie up the lines though, it's a service for blind people to use IM. Also I didn't post the link it might be advertising.
Sp4de
We do this in school, i'm not sure if it will work in your computer, but it's worth a try I guess.. Open up Microsoft Word. Type your desired sentance. Highlight what you want said. Hit the windows button (Between ctrl and alt near zxc) and S at the same time. ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâï(̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâú_o)/̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâï
