another really great money maker is mass selling tele tabs, ancient mages buy em in bulk.

 

also if you can cast the spell bones to peaches tablets are great to sell and even better to use training

I saw 2 questions in the last few posts I figured i'd answer.

 

 

 

Repairing Barrows armour

 

You can build an armour repair stand in your workshop. If you use damaged barrows armour on it, it will be repaired at a discount price! It is based on your smithing and for each lvl you have, the cost is reduced 0.5%. Therefore with lvl 60 smithing u repair armour at a 30% discount. With 80 smithing you would receive a 40% discount.

 

 

 

Guilded Alter

 

You need lvl 72 (an then drink the +3 tea u can make In the kitchen) to build the best alter - and it will cost about 3 million to set up. However once it is built you can gain prayer xp at 350% xp per bone!

 

When praying you take 2 marentill, a tinderbox an the rest invent as bones (dragon bones -for the win!). Put and light the marentil on each burner then pray at alter. Super quick, super high xp. especially if the house is in yanille as so close to bank

I just wanted to correct you on the price. I only spent 1.8M on my Gilded Altar, and that's with the Marble Burners.

 

 

 

Just a side note: If you're not concerned with looks of the Altar Room, *DON'T* get the Marble Burners. They give no more experience than any other type of burner.

great post. i for one love construction, its great! and yeah its is possible to make money and as an obsessive merchant that was all i cared about on runescape, untill construction came out and i promptly spent almost evry thing i owned on runescape bar 1 mill which i thought id better keep to make more money with!

 

anyway the money making possibilities are dropping fast. with high level tele tabs being one of the remaining good money makers... but not for long i reckon. but new opportunities will arise

 

 

 

the think i like most about construcion is how it has thrown the runescape market into turmoil, oak log prices shot up and many many things went down due to either supply and demand but mostly due to the ease of teleporting and acces to things in your house

 

 

 

this one will be remembered a while
