I didn't at first to give him a chance to stop, but I PMed him and he knows perfectly that he's breaking the rules and the law. ancientzoide Posted August 19, 2006 Author Share Posted August 19, 2006 i think mods should take thingsl ike this seriously. gold has pointed it out and nothing has happened - tis is just the 1st 1, there is another below it a few posts. he is taking copyrighted images from google and putting texton them, they dont look good and, well, its illegal? ~Weeboab in case you didnt notice for this pic it already had his username on it so its not copywrited except by him and he told me to use it so stupid flamers who a saying im breaking the law im not i am a designer for http://userbars.com maybe you should go and see it and tel me if there breaking the law since they do exactly what im doing here and for free plus they post them to there site for anyone to use. I have designed hundreds of UB's for UB.com and they currently have over 100 designers and over 1 million UB's made by these designers. Userbars and sigs containing copywrited material is NOT illegal it is called giving free advertising to the person or company that created it ive asked several companies including: Activison, Dell, Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft if they would take legal action against someone who using an image they created in a UB or a sig and they said they would not because its free advertising for them.
