You don't know whether that image is copyrighted, and even if it isn't, it's still not your work, and you are breakign the rules of TIF, and, possibly, the law. You can't use the images people give you unless they are stock renders or images with given consent to be used as you wish. In the other, you put a gradient behind it, dumped a bunch of pictures in it and some shoddy text.
