Well I hope this is useful! *USED Tip.it WORLD MAP* EDIT: I am aware that shortcut 3 is the duel arena but tip.it map cut off for me =( SHORTCUT 1- VARROCK TO DRAYNOR SHORTCUT 2- VARROCK TO CHAMPS GUILD/WIZARD STONE SHORTCUT 3- Al Kharid to Port sarim This is a tricky one, were it requires steps. 1) Go to Shantay Pass and talk to the guy you can't attack. He talks, and click the first option "what is this place" 2) Say you are an outlaw, prepare to die! He puts you in jail. 3) Don't panic! Don't pay him the 5 gold pieces to get out. Keep saying no till you get teleported to a "jail", which you aren't locked up in. Walk out and you are in port sarim! Talk to shantay, say "what is this place?" Then say "I am definitly an outlaw, prepare to die", then he puts you in jail. He asks if you want to pay, say no, then no do your worst. After, you get transferred to port sarim jail, but your not in a cell, your just outside of it. Just walk out of the jailhouse, and your in port sarim! Dont worry, you dont lose anything like in real jail. :P
