depends on what kind you want...

 

 

 

-photoshop cs2 can be bought for about $650 usd. or you can dl a 30 day trial at http://www.adobe.com

 

-paint (used for pixel sigs) should already be on your comp. if you have windows.

 

-the GIMP is like photoshop and you can dl for free, but i dont have the url
