You get random stuff. On occasion you can get some black armour on a lvl 1 clue scroll.

yep, its totaly random ish, and most of the time the trails are poor! infact jagex should stop makeing lvl 1 clue scrolls... in my opinion!

I have no idea what they're talking about up there, but there is no black pick, so it's replaced with steel.

No way! I like level 1 clue scrolls, I almost always get torn pages from them lol.

That's what I was gonna say, thanks for saving me some time.

There's no such thing as black pickaxe. And mithril pickaxe is too valuable for a level 1 clue. So it's steel. (I think so) :D

i just finished a level 1 and got black platelegs, and 54 chaos runes.

 

not great, but its alright, i finished a level 2 on my other acct. and got (g) wizard top.

The blue wizard top (g) can only be optained from a level1 clue.

yah i like lvl ones cus i get wen i try to get herb from lvl 2 men and women.

 

i was really lucky last night cus i got black kite and black plate (t), studded chaps (g), and guthix page 1 and 4
