Kill count at barrows.. high or low?

Wow, same 8-) , it's pretty good speed, and the runes are still amazing. If I'm finishing up after doing a dozen+ runs though I sometimes like to get a 25 and see how it goes, though I havn't really noticed a difference so far.

 

 

 

Btw, people looking for runes, I took a ROW down to the Barrows, and for the first time in about 300 trips, I got over 120 bloods from a single chest. The cool thing was that for the next 10 trips that I did with the ROW half of them I got 120+ blood rune drops :P . I make more cash off the runes then the items nowadays :lol: .

When a brother or monster dies, they have a chance to drop an item into the chest, so if you kill all 6 barrows brothers you have a chance of getting a barrows item, but if you kill monsters, even if you havent killed any brothers, you will get more runes, bolt racks, possible half keys and dmeds.

 

 

 

If you want to do heaps of quick runs (you will most likely get more barrows items) just do it with a kill count of 6.

 

If you want runes aswell (lots of bloods give lots of profit) get a kill count of 10 to 20, a higher kill count really wastes your time, so good choices are 6 or 15.

i get 13 kill everytime and if i dont get barrow, still get good bloods and bolt racks drop

ya usually about 14 kc gives me nice rewards from the chest (look at my sig) and ive probably only done about 60 trips. not bad wouldnt you say? :lol:

i ussually get 5 killcount and returon to chest or tele....i have got torag hammer whit 5 kill count
