September 2, 200619 yr Which should I fish to grow my fishing? I don't really mind about money and I just want my level up. Click for blog!Watch great videos! http://uk.youtube.com/profile?user=plod64
September 2, 200619 yr I would say lobbies, mainly because you don't get anything else when fishing for them, though at catherby you do get alot of people...so makes fishing a moving about sport...as to who gets the most in so little time. It's up to you really. But yeah :D
September 2, 200619 yr Author i can go in the guild, I think monks or salmon is best xp. Click for blog!Watch great videos! http://uk.youtube.com/profile?user=plod64
September 2, 200619 yr I personally believe that slamonb/trout is the best. Just head over to shilo village and your practiacally in the bank already. Though i here monk fish are the best exp in the game and they're decently close to a bank. ^Click for the greatest sig maker ever!If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature. September 2, 200619 yr I'd say monks then. Meh my fishing is level 50? so I need another 18 I think..0.o
September 2, 200619 yr Author I have done a lot of monks before but I burnt quite a few, I'm fishing at shilo now. When I run out of feathers and grow a cooking level I will go and fish monks (and get seaweed for crafting there aswell). Click for blog!Watch great videos! http://uk.youtube.com/profile?user=plod64
September 2, 200619 yr i would go salmon because it is very quick to catch them and u can get good xp aswell Add me! (Johnno41)
September 2, 200619 yr Monks are the best by far, they give the most exp and sell for 300-350ea. |Barrows Drops-7|Dragon Drops-5|
September 2, 200619 yr Lobbies ftw! Close to bank in catherby, quick, easy. Merry Crimbo!Click on my signature to see my NEW blog! Clicky here to see my YouTube videos! http://www.youtube.com/volkswagen99videos
September 2, 200619 yr I would flyfish for salmon and trout. Thats whati'm doing right now, and it seems to be pretty good xp. "Nobody cheers for Goliath" ~Wilt Chamberlain~
September 2, 200619 yr fly fishing in shilo is the best xp in the game, 3 or 4 times as fast as lobs, and actually pretty decent cash. in bulk, salmon and tuna can sell for 50 to even 80 each 8-) and btw, i have seen many famous fishermen, one of them ranked no. 2, all in shilo 8-)
September 2, 200619 yr Ya, I agree with flyfishing in Shilo. Defintely faster exp than lobs or sharks. Not sure about monks :( .
September 2, 200619 yr go with salman/trout, feathers are cheap and you fish faster than lobbs/swordfish
September 2, 200619 yr Monks for best xp and cash Trout/salmon for speed Lobs for xp and cash Swords aren't recommended on my list.
September 2, 200619 yr Never tried monks, but I always grab levels with trout/salmon in Shilo. Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651
September 3, 200619 yr Monks are the best xp in the game for fishing, as they fish as fast as lobs and give more xp than sharks. HOWEVER, be aware that monkfish will stunt your cooking, as their cooking xp is not up to par with their fishing xp. It's the reason I can fish sharks but not cook them. Happy fishing. - Pfft, my goals are FAR too "fluid" (ie. I have ADD) to be recorded in my sig.
September 3, 200619 yr Fly fishing in shilo is incredibly good xp. I got from ~60 fishing to 77 in a short time. Fly fishing has my vote.
September 3, 200619 yr monks man monks. give tons of xp(more xp than shark) and are faster than shark proud owner of a crystal bow 1/7/07 :)my sig hates me, I cant get it to work :(
September 3, 200619 yr Ok, we've all agreed that sharks and lobs aren't the way to go, but does anyone have an opinion on monks vs fly fishing :-k
September 3, 200619 yr Fly fishing is the fastest fishing experience there is. But, if you aren't sure, simply try a little of each. Fish monks for an hour, and keep track of your xp gained, then fly fish for the same amount of time. Then, you can make your decision off of that.
