amazizing333 Posted September 3, 2006 Share Posted September 3, 2006 i dont hav ruby but i DO hav emerald... and i've beaten the game a long time ago... u hav to go to dewford, then talk to some guy by the dock. he'll giv u some tips on fishing, then fish a water pokemon! it'll probably be a magicarp... train it to a gyrados! and then use the HM surf on it and it can swim now! :thumbsup: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
