Blaze The Movie Fan
I understand that if you would quote someone and having the image in quote could slow down your computer or making you have to scroll this way > to be able to see the posts, but my suggestion isn't make you able to see the image. When you click on ImageShack image you img is replaced by url, so you have to replace url with img 2 times, some people think ImageShack sucks because of this, it isn't imageshack's fault, it's a quote problem. So instead of replacing img you should replace with http:// and who supports?
Mercifull
Theres no need to quote images. If you really do then you can simply edit your post. Stop using loaded languge, who are these "some people" it seems that its only you who is having the problem... From my perspective, your topic title and your second paragraph don't seem to have anything to do with each other? Or is it just me? Maybe it's just the wording. Blaze The Movie Fan
For example in the 'WORST' clue for example you quote some images, and it is urled incorrectly. img is part of the url. But it's replaced by url. So instead of: img > url Put it this way: > Get my point?

D. V. Devnull
Except for one thing... say you give a link of... Instead, when quoted, of doing this... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v299/D_V_Devnull/Button_Images/20060523_vts_avvy_final.jpg ...which was the intent in the first place of a recently installed forum mod I was against, this mod instead does this... http://url.photobucket.com/albums/v299/D_V_Devnull/Button_Images/20060523_vts_avvy_final.jpg ...which utterly breaks the image, and any linking to it for that matter... This mod needs to be fixed or flat removed. It is ruining quotes and posts anywhere and everywhere. 'Nuff said. ~Mr. D. V. Eeeeediot
I experience the same behaviour as D_V_Devnull, just try quoting his post and you'll see that all the img parts of his post are changed to url.
Mercifull
Thats right. tags are SUPPOSED to change to when you quote someone. D. V. Devnull
But it does MORE than that! It changes ALL instances of "img" to "url", NOT just the ones in tags!
