Best way to get 70 magic?

Featured Replies

Well mine is level 60 now, anyone know a good way to get level 70 without spending millions. If you say high alch, tell me a good thing to alch if you can. Well thanks in advance!

High alch yew long bows. If you buy all your materials you will lose some money but it wont be as bad as buying 10k fire blasts. If you could make your own yew longs and just buy the nats you would make even more of a profit.

Yeah im p2p, so alching yew bows is the best idea? I can't make them though #-o

Hmm, you could buy them and craft your nats? That's one option.

I can see if I wanna go alching, I need to level some of my other stats lol. (E.g. woodcutting, fletching, runecrafting)

Maybe enchant in the mage training arena. Probably be a loss of money, but you could get some of it back with infinity robes.

You could do barrows using fire blast, you make a profit every trip with the runes you get from the chest, and the barrow items once in a while are nice :)

well this would take awhile but in the long run you would probably make money. barrows. i first started barrows as a noob with lvl 59 mage. its actualy alot easyer than most people think. just mage all brothers but ahrim of course. its amazing how fast your can get exp doing this. mostly because the bro's all have terrible def and high hp you can get high hits and lots of exp plus i've been doing barrows for a long time and i have never had to buy runes! if you do a run and get 100 bloods just use those till you run out. once those are gone use the deaths. fire blast does actualy plenting of damage. most people dont think the a spell like that would be any good its actualy great. so this is a little time consuming but in the end you will never have to buy runes and hey who knows you might just get a spear!

PKERS CAN ALL BE DAMNED TO HELL!

Pest Control. As a reward for winning you'll get a point to boost whichever skill and some money.

Cheapest way to train mage!!! I used PC to train range because I hate it. I really don't like to alch for hours so I've been using PC to train mage now. I'm almost 100 combat and I just hit 78 mage. \'

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!

Pest Control and Barrows look like pretty good methods

I find that if you have a lot of chaos runes spare a good thing to do is use crumble undead.

crumble undead is pretty easy :D

if you buy nats 300 each, and yew long for 500 each, you only lose about 32 gp each yew long.
