i remember hearing about this a long time ago when fever spiders were realeased, is it true that fever spiders always drop unid kwuarms?

Yes, both runehq and tipit bestairys say it only drops Kwuarms.

I think I remember killing alot and getting few drops.

 

I know it's not 1 kwuarm 1 kill

Fever spiders do not always drop kuarums. Theyre only drop is kuarum but even then its around the rate of 1 in 20 or so.
