2 new spells + 2 new prayers

I don't know if this would make the game unfair, but...

 

 

 

 

 

Spell: Resurrect

 

Level: 88

 

Runes: 1 soul, 4 natures, 1 life (Jagex still needs to add the life rune to RS)

 

 

 

Allows player to bring a dead farming patch back to life.

 

 

 

Spell: Visitation

 

Level: 90

 

Runes: 4 law, 1 soul

 

 

 

Teleports player to the last place where they died (will not work if the player last died on Entrana)

 

 

 

Prayer: Protect from elements

 

Level: 61

 

 

 

Protects player from some types damaging environment (falling rocks, etc). However, I admit that this may make agility training too easy

 

 

 

Prayer: Protect from special attacks

 

Level: 64

 

 

 

Some NPCs, like dragons, have attacks that neither count as melee, magic, or range. This prayer protects against such attacks.

 

 

 

Any thoughts?

I like the first spell, but a nature rune would be sufficient (not a life rune)

 

 

 

The second spell could be abused pretty easily. I'm not concerned about the affects on the economy, but there are other issues. Other restrictions, such as the level 20 wilderness limit, should also apply. A drawback is that the system would have to retain where that death location was.

 

 

 

As for the protect prayers... Hmm.

 

 

 

Protecting from elements - not a bad idea. Depends on the power drain rate as to how it would affect agility training.

 

 

 

Protect from special attacks. the point of these monsters having special attacks is so that you can't use protection prayers for defense. However, a protection from poison might work, which would suspend poison damage as long as the prayer is running. It could give you those precious seconds you need to get to the bank and swig an anti poison potion.

Someone could purposely die in the Nature Altar, then use Visitation and Camelot Tele or Draynor tele to make Nature crafting faster, yes it uses up more runes but would be a lot faster. This would affect the economy, so maybe rethink Visitation, rest are fine.

i disagree with all four. Nice ideas but they're way to cheap. Resurrect-Just not tend to an herb patch and bring it back to life...ta da! no effort farming! Visitation: as potter said, could lead to easy rc and just really easy way to do things and get back they're stuff. You could also have die like near the kalphite queen to have an easy tele to it, or to the wilderness hut or any place u really want to go to but can't tele to. Protection from the elements...not enough besides agility to have effect. Special attacks....no, that'd kill pking and ruin a lot of things.
