Tracey West is the same person that wrote the pokemon books that used to coem in that kind of book order... Runescape is going to hell for this.

Yes, its actually from Jagex, yes, it's probably the knowledge base on paper, yes, it's not worth anything considering you can read the knowledge base for free.
