First off all:

When looking to cooking guide i saw chocolate cakes, ofcourse i allready heard of it but i didnt knew u get 210 cooking xp.

I calculated howmuch chocolate cakes i needed to get from 71 cooking to 80; around 5500 compared to over 8000 swordfishes

The ingredients would be hard but is it a good way to train cooking?

So my question:

Is it a good way to cook?

Is there a lvl that you dont burn them anymore?

Thank you.

If you want to make chocolate cakes, it's actually a two step process.

The cake can burn, but not sure if it's possible to fail when chocolating a cake, so do cakes, then do chocolate, as you can do the chocaolating in a bank, if yo have enough cakes and chocolate banked - the dust left by the sweets & easter eggs also works.

One thing that works well for F2P (may be better P2P ways, such as the flour sack) is to take a few pie dishes, a lot of grain to the cooking guild, then make apple pies, empty, repeat until grain used up.

Fly fish & cook has got to be about the best way though, for fast fishing & cooking XP.

Well if you're f2p I would highly recommend not making chocolate cakes for cooking, but instead recommend fishing and cooking salmon and trout. Or if you don't like that much fishing then make anchovy pizzas at the bandit camp.

Now if you're p2p I'd instead recommend that you complete (or mostly complete) the sequel to Cook's Assistant and then just make wines at the Lumby bank chest. Since, the same chest sells all the ingredients you need to make wine along with other things. Thus, you're getting some faster xp than the cakes and can world hop. That and 3 gp per wine to make is pretty great for cheap nonwildy food for non meleers.
