Hi you probably don't know me since i'm not an active forum member but recently i've achieved my goal in rs which was to get the perfect magic outfit (pretty obvious why i wanted it my RSN is Anthonymagus)

 

 

 

 

Some people have told me to get full d and all barrows but i'm just not interested in that kind of stuff since i'm a mage not a warrior so i'll get straight to the best, party hats!

 

 

 

So right now i'm starting a three step one year plan and here's how i'm gonna do it.

 

 

 

STEP 1:Reach 91 rc, i'll be crafting nats all the way taking some time off once in a while to reach my other goal of 99 magic.

 

This way it should take a bit over 6 months at least.

 

 

 

STEP 2:bring on the money!

 

As you all probably know once you get 91 rc you can easely make millions.

 

I calculated that with the current prices (ess 110 and nats 330) i would make a profit off 3500 per load of 25 with about 5 loads per minute seeming right that would be over 1 mil per hour.

 

I can easely play 5 hours per day so to get a blue phat it would require 80 days.

 

So let's round it up to 3 months for step 2

 

 

 

Off course the title says one year and this only explains for 9 months.

 

Well let's just say i'm only human and not a single human can concentrate on one thing for 9 months straight so those extra months are for breaks once in a while and other things that might slow me down.

 

 

 

Also going to make a log of what i do every day.

 

 

 

Day1:Mined about 3k ess and checked how fast the crafting would go; average harvests.

 

Day2:Mined about 7.5k ess nothing but bad harvests today and some friends are experiencing the same thing, CaSH value: 2761K

 

Day3:Mined 2k ess and earned about 800k through farming the harvests are better again =) CaSH:3.5 mil

 

Day4:Mined 4k ess (16.5k) and reached a CaSH value of 4260k (760k profit) so this is another day ahead of schedual.

 

Day5:Exhaustion really got to my today, barely got any work done but with the weekend i'll be able to easely catch up. Only mined 1k ess (17.5k) and CaSh went up to 4611k (350k profit). Alot of work tomorrow..

 

Day6:Total cash worth: 7627k Cash needed: 57.958.200

 

Day7:mostly been celebrating with my gf because she got d chain, 8332

 

Day8:Total cash worth: 9015k Cash needed: 57.512.400

 

Day9:Reached 65 rc

 

Day10:Reached 66 rc

 

Day11:Took a day off, if i force myself too much i'll burn out.

 

Day12:Mostly slept to make up for the 3 hour long nights all week.

 

Day13:Reached level 67 rc

 

Day14:Reached level 68 rc

 

Day15:Nothing to report unfortunately, i need to find a way to fight the boredom when law crafting.

 

Day16:Same as above.

 

Day17:Only changed back to nats late in the evening so a mere 356kgp profit for now

 

Day18:Cash value 8.539.160gp

 

 

 

I'm hoping that this thread will help me stay motivated as i now know some people will know i gave up which makes the humiliation quite a motivation to succeed.

 

 

 

 

 

I'll be mining at world 77 yanille most of the time.

 

You can come visit me if you want and if you don't see me at the bank i'm either mining or harvesting rannars.

 

Also have a good house with a one room dungeon (lol) it's empty and small because i'm too low to add anything but at least it's good to trap people inside (only the owner can open the trapdoor from inside in challange mode) you can visit it if you want but i'll only go in so you can enter, no time to waste =p

Up to now though i'm doing better than expected mined 7k ess today.

 

Which more than compensates for the crummy harvests.

I have but once i reach 91 rc 100 extra mills will only be like 20 days more work so even if it increases it's not that much longer.

oreoisan00b there are certain things i've never sold even when i needed cash (like my full guthix for an amazing offer), so you can be sure that once i get a phat i'm not letting go of it!! =p

Ty and day 3 is starting well it seems like my bad luck is over in farming since at my first round i didn't get a single dead patch but yesterday i got more than dead ones than in the past 3 weeks before that combined!

 

 

 

Gonna start mining ess again as soon as i make a bit of compost too.

 

 

 

Just so i don't forget i started today with 11.5k ess and a CaSH value of 2.8.

Erm goodluck I guess. I however don't think it's worth all that time to come out of it at the end of the day with a paper hat. That's just my opinion I suppose but i'll doubt you'll make it anyway.

That's because you don't know me, i'm very good at videogames and i'm too stubborn to give up.

Update:took a break to do the new quest and keep my sig accurate.

 

Back to work now though mining as always and getting pretty good harvests too.

Only mined 2k ess today i've been really busy but i've had good harvests which brought my CaSH value 800k higher.

 

So i've met my quota and i can relax for now.

A new day and a new harvest waiting for me as soon as i wake up.

 

Wit the prospect of 2 more growing while i'm at school i'll have 300k+ without working =)

Hate to break it to you, but you probably won't do it.

 

 

 

Rare prices go up about 5 times a year (already 12 times on my pumpkin since january, hehe). So in a year, you'll need 500M*5=2500M=2.5B.

 

 

 

Even if it only doubles, that'll still take you another 100 days. And after another 3 months it'll have gone up even more.

 

 

 

But don't let me discourage you. :P

you dont know exactly how many times phats are gonna raise and how much each time so ya...

 

 

 

and i doubt they will be 2.5b

not to set you off course or anything but why not go for the cheap phat first instead of trying to go straight for the best one. More likely not to get burned out on your goal.
