Then, if you happen to get some armor in your reward (if your reward happens to come from a casket instead of an NPC or something) BAM! you have Black, Addy or Rune armor on Entrana. Teleport of Glory has 4 charges, they are: Karamja Edgeville City Draynor Village Al-Kharid City None of them go to Enterena. You might've gotten confused of Karamja since it's island as well.
